Using CARAS, you can easily change the status of a client to “Inactive” either as a temporary measure, say for a hospital visit, or as a permanent change in the case of a contract ended.
CARAS will cancel all the care booked between the start and end dates of the change of status period, thus freeing up staff to work elsewhere. If client care needs to be reactivated, all the regular calls will be re-instated from the default.
