CARAS for domiciliary care is a high end, simple to use scheduling system to record home care client data, care staff records and to schedule staff against client care requirements.
The data required includes minimum data sets in order to satisfy legal requirements such as risk assessments, CSCI records and to ensure that full client care requirements are met by scheduling the correct staff member to visit the client according to specific staff experience, qualifications and particular disciplines – and of course their availability.
The entry of data is simplified by employing our unique default feature – which if you set up one activity, you can then replicate it by clicking on the other days in the week that it is also to take place. That also applies to setting up staff availability ensuring minimum data entry requirements, speeding up the whole process thereby freeing up office staff to concentrate on providing care!
Whilst organising client care requirements, the system is already calculating how much to charge the funding source and pay the care worker so that the actual process to raise invoices and calculate gross pay takes literally minutes rather than days after timesheets have been approved.
