Following the initial FREE support period a support contract is renewed annually which as well as the telephone & remote assistance includes the supply of updates to CARAS improving functionality or procedure updates to meet changing regulations.
Our team will support you either by telephone or by accessing your computer remotely from our office which allows them to show you “on-Line” how to carry out functions & check any issues that may arise, viewing your data & assisting you with your queries.
Our telephone support service is unlimited during a valid support contract and call rates are charged at the standard national/local rate.
